Where do you fly from?
Most of our bookings leave Sydney. We can quote from other Australian cities too, so tell us where you're departing from and we'll price it from there.
Do your prices include flights?
No. Our package prices are land only, per person on twin share. We quote flights separately so we can price the fares leaving your own city on your own dates, rather than folding an average fare into the package total.
Can you help with tourist visas?
Yes. We prepare document checklists and check applications for Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Laos and Japan, and we book embassy or visa centre appointments when they're needed. The decision is always the embassy's, not ours, but we make sure nothing gets refused over a detail we could have caught.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We're online based, working out of West End, Queensland 4101. Nearly everything happens over WhatsApp and email, and we answer quickly during the day. If you'd rather talk it through on the phone, ask and we'll arrange a call.
How do I get a price?
Send a WhatsApp message or use the trip finder on this page. Tell us where, roughly when, how many nights and how many travellers, and we'll come back with options and a current price.
How much deposit do I need, and when is the balance due?
It depends on the airline and the hotel used for your dates, so the deposit and final payment dates are written on your quote before you pay anything. You'll know them in advance.
Can you book for a family, or a group?
Yes, and family trips are a big part of what we do. Tell us the ages of any children and how many rooms you need, and we'll build the quote around that instead of forcing you into a standard package.
What happens if I need to change or cancel?
Change and cancellation rules come from the airline and the hotel, and we show you those terms before you pay. Tell us early if something shifts, because the sooner we know, the more options there are to move dates or recover value.
